Seran Bond: Creative Director

Seran graduated from City University, London, with a BSc. (Hons) degree in Management and Systems in 1996, specialising in Marketing Communications and Strategy and European Business Culture. Seran first formed IceStar Media in 2002 and today the company serves an extensive client base from a diverse range of industry sectors. Seran is currently responsible for the creative design of all client websites/portals and software interface design for the Osiris4Business suite of products. Fluent in Turkish, Seran has also helped many start-up companies both in the UK and Northern Cyprus by offering sound marketing systems advice and support and creative consultancy. Seran is extremely passionate about what she does and equally passionate about injecting her creativity and enthusiasm into every project, irrelevant of size or value.

Mark Bond: Technical Director

As a Techincal Director of IceStar Media, Mark has designed, developed and project managed a diverse portfolio of business critical technology solutions for high profile clients from a wide range of public and private industry sectors. Mark has applied over 15 years of IT and business systems and consultancy expertise to develop and commercially sell IceStar Media's Osiris4Business suite of software applications that includes content management systems, eCommerce and stock control applications and custom built technology solutions for clients with bespoke business requirements. Mark has also provided IT consultancy and project management services to several large UK organisations. Mark graduated from Essex University with a BSc. (Hons) degree in Computer Science in 1995, has set-up and managed an IT help desk system for The Open University library and has since attained professional qualifications in Solaris administration and Crystal Reports.

Ashley Whitear: Web & Multimedia Developer

Ashley Whitear is a multi-talented, highly imaginative and independent web developer. He has developed a number of projects using development tools ranging from PHP to ASPX and .NET, including XHTML, DHTML, CSS, JavaScript, Jscript and Python. Not only can he write the code that drives the underlying mechanics of a software application, be it a website or a LAN application, but he has also been involved in designing systems using Flash animations and working extensively with Photoshop. He is truly an all round developer who prides himself on conforming to the highest industry standards.
