Seran Manyera-Bond

DIRECTOR: ONLINE INTERFACE DESIGN

After graduating from City Univerity, London, Seran joined Pearson Education and her career expanded into the fields of website design, database systems development and online interface design. She has worked in central London for an IT and Telecoms consultancy as a Web Content Manager and as an IT Project Manager for The Open University at their Headquarters in Milton Keynes. Seran conceptualises all design elements of the website build process and manages client content, including advising on copywriting for best SEO performance. Seran also manages the layout and design of online interfaces for bespoke database systems, ensuring smooth navigation and usability. Seran builds websites page by page and when it comes to layout, presentation and website performance her attention to detail really comes into play.

Seran is extremely driven when it comes to delivering projects and providing quality customer service. She has been invited into schools to give blogging advice to children and highlight the importance of online safety, a subject Seran is extremely passionate about. Seran is a very proud mum to her daughter, has attained a qualification from Capel Manor College in London in the Principles of Garden Design, loves nature, photography, ancient history, and sport, is a big fan of good food, and no matter what the weather throws at her in leafy Grantham she will go for a run as she enjoys motivating people to get active and take care of their health.

Mark Bond

DIRECTOR: ONLINE SYSTEMS DEVELOPMENT

As Online Systems Director of IceStar Media, Mark has developed, coded and project-managed a diverse portfolio of web systems and databases for a wide range of clients both in the public and private industry sectors. Mark has applied over 25 years of IT expertise to work with clients to develop and implement bespoke database systems, eCommerce and stock control applications and custom-built technology solutions for clients with bespoke business requirements. Mark is highly experienced in Magento, WordPress and WooCommerce eCommerce system installations and development. Mark has also provided IT consultancy and project management services to several large UK organisations.

Mark graduated from Essex University with a degree in Computer Science, has set up and managed an IT help desk system for The Open University library, and attained professional qualifications in Solaris administration and Crystal Reports. Mark is a real foodie and likes to try out and adapt recipes, and his specialities include various cakes and breads, and his secret chicken doner kebab recipe has delighted many a guest over the years! He is also an avid reader and a keen cyclist.

Mark has provided hours of technology and systems advice to many local businesses and will go out of his way to research the latest IT practices and protocols to offer clients comprehensive options that best suit their requirements. He has also installed EPOS systems for clients who have both online shops and a shop to manage stock and enable price labels to be printed and scanned for payment.
