Norfolk and Waveney LMC

We are very pleased to announce the release of a newly redesigned website and custom CRM system for Norfolk & Waveney Local Medical Committee (LMC). Norfolk and Waveney LMC represent over 730 GPs working in over 100 practices across Norfolk & Waveney. They exist to represent, advise and support GPs and General Practice. LMCs interact and work with, and through, the BMA General Practitioners Committee (GPC) and other branches of practice committees and local specialist medical committees in various ways, including conferences.

Custom CRM Development

The Membership portal for GPs and Management staff contains a wealth of information and guidance; including interface with other providers, contractual resources, operational guidance, patient services guidance, practice resilience and wellbeing support, governance and CQC, newsflashes, flyers and event information and an up-to-date Locum List of GPs, Practice Managers and other Healthcare professionals. From within the CRM system Norfolk and Waveney subscribers can also add practice vacancies and advise on practice changes including changes to GP or practice management staffing.

The new CRM system enhances the management of Organisation and Practice Contacts by allowing staff to store and filter contacts by multiple roles and organisations while keeping a history of interactions and support requests. Integrated with their WordPress website, it enables members to update their profiles through a dedicated portal, facilitating real-time synchronisation with the CRM. Additionally, the portal offers functionalities for members to post job vacancies, advertise locum availability, and access restricted documents, streamlining communication and resource sharing within the organisation.
