Mark Bond
Technical Director: Systems Development
Mark has developed, coded and project-managed a diverse portfolio of custom databases, bespoke software and online systems for a wide range of clients both in the public and private industry sectors.
Mark has applied over 25 years of IT expertise to work with clients to develop and implement bespoke database systems, eCommerce and stock control applications, app development and custom-built technology solutions for clients with bespoke business requirements.
Mark is highly experienced in PHP coding, Linux, MySQL, MariaDB, Angular, SuiteCRM, Magento, WordPress, and WooCommerce system installations and development and has also provided IT consultancy and project management services to several large UK organisations.
Mark graduated from Essex University with a degree in Computer Science, has set up and managed an IT help desk system for The Open University library, and attained professional qualifications in Solaris administration and Crystal Reports.
Mark has recently served as a Consultant for The Office of Qualifications and Examinations Regulation (Ofqual), where he provided expertise on SuiteCRM as a backend for the organisation’s Case/Support management system. His role involved installing SuiteCRM, adding modules to enhance functionality, establishing relationships between data entities, and customising the REST interface for improved integration with other systems.
In his spare time, Mark is a real foodie and loves to cook, and he is also an avid reader and a keen cyclist.
Mark has provided hours of technology and systems advice to many local businesses and will go out of his way to research the latest IT practices and protocols to offer clients comprehensive options that best suit their requirements.

Seran Bond
Creative Director: Systems Design
After graduating from City St George’s University of London with a degree in Management and Systems, Seran joined the publishing company Pearson Education (formerly Addison-Wesley Longman) as a Marketing Database Executive, and her career expanded into the fields of website design, database systems development and online interface design.
With a diverse background in IT and marketing, she has held roles as a Web Content Manager at an IT & Telecoms Research Consultancy in central London and an IT Project Manager at The Open University in Milton Keynes, demonstrating her expertise in managing digital content and technology projects. She then went on to become the founder of IceStar Media in 2002, showcasing her entrepreneurial spirit and experience in building a company from the ground up.
Seran specialises in designing and conceptualising user-friendly online interfaces for customised database systems and websites, focusing on responsive design, layout, and navigation to enhance user experience and usability. Collaborating with clients, Seran transforms their visions into reality while also crafting SEO-driven content to improve online visibility and engagement.
Seran has been invited into schools to teach primary-age children how to create classroom-restricted blog posts and the general importance of online safety when sharing digital content, a subject she is very dedicated to and passionate about.
Seran has attained a qualification from Capel Manor College, London in the Principles of Garden Design, is an animal lover, enjoys nature, photography, ancient history, and sport, is a big fan of good food, and enjoys motivating people to get active and take care of their physical and mental health and wellbeing.
