Project Brief: SuiteCRM Customisation
We were contacted by Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council (BDBC) to consult on and develop the automation of Council service interaction and processes using SuiteCRM. This project’s scope included working with 3rd party software suppliers to integrate mapping functionality and training BDBC’s internal database and system administrator teams.
SuiteCRM is an Open Source customer relationship management system designed for SMEs and large Enterprises.
